Ms. Bailey-Pharr was admitted to the North Carolina bar in 2001, following her graduation from the Wake Forest University School of Law. She was admitted to the South Carolina bar in 2003. Ms. Bailey-Pharr has also been admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina, and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. Ms. Bailey Pharr has been a continuing education instructor on topics concerning professional liability for engineers and surveyors and the insurer/insured relationship. Ms. Bailey-Pharr’s practice is in general civil litigation in both Federal and State Courts. She handles matters in general commercial litigation, construction law, professional liability, products liability and real estate litigation.
