Mr. Proctor joined Pharr Law as an associate in 2022. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Elon University School of Law, and Northeastern University School of Law. Mr. Proctor was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2012. Mr. Proctor has also been admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. Before joining the firm, Mr. Proctor worked in regulatory compliance in pharmaceuticals and insurance, serving as the compliance officer of a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan. Mr. Proctor is admitted to practice law in North Carolina. He handles matters in general commercial litigation, construction law, professional liability, and products liability.
